Coverage
- Structural frame components: covered for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Electronic assemblies (including battery, charger, controller, motor, etc.): covered for 6 months against defects in materials and workmanship.
Important Battery Condition
To maintain battery warranty coverage, keep the battery charged from the delivery date. For infrequent use or storage, charge once per week for 12 hours; failure to do so voids the battery warranty.
Not Covered
- Damage due to neglect, misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs/modifications, or failure to follow the user manual.
- Normal wear and tear and appearance items (e.g., tires, fabric/upholstery, bearings, plastic shrouds, footrests, fuses, bulbs, bumpers, aesthetics, etc.).
- Products purchased used or via unauthorized resellers; claims without valid proof of purchase (order number, date and place of purchase).
- Issues not reported within the first 30 days of purchase for “defects/damage at arrival”.
Claim Process
Contact support with proof of purchase, serial number, and issue details. Our technician will perform phone diagnosis and propose the fastest solution: shipping an easy-to-install replacement part, arranging service by an authorized technician, or service at our facility.

Under warranty, parts are provided by the manufacturer. Labor and service are handled by authorized dealers and may involve additional service charges; please consult our customer support.
