  1. ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCESS

  • Unauthorized Data Collection: Crawling, scraping, or harvesting data from our Services without permission.
  • Unauthorized Access and Deception: Using our Services to obtain unauthorized access to systems or to deceive any person.
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Infringing on intellectual property or other legal rights.
  • Disruptive Conduct: Engaging in activities that interfere with others' use or enjoyment of our Services or that may harm LSEV, our users, affiliates, or third parties.
  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SCOOTER USE

By renting and using LSEV’s mobility scooters, you agree to operate the scooter responsibly, in compliance with all traffic laws and safety guidelines, and to avoid actions that may endanger yourself or others. You are solely responsible for any damages to the scooter or harm caused by your operation. If you cause damage to the scooter or third-party property due to misuse or negligent operation, you agree to cover all associated repair and replacement costs, which LSEV may charge to your account.

Customers are prohibited from making any alterations, modifications, or tampering with any mobility scooter rented through our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to the mechanical or electrical systems, removal of any components, or additions that may affect the scooter’s operation, safety, or intended use. Any unauthorized alterations or modifications to the mobility scooters will void any warranty and may result in damage or injury. The customer will be solely responsible and liable for any harm, damage, injury, or loss resulting from unauthorized modifications. We reserve the right to pursue claims for damages and other remedies available by law for any violation of this provision.

  1. TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS

All content on this website, including text, images, and videos, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by LSEV. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Disclaimer of Warranties: LSEV provides all content and Services "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LSEV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its Services.

Limitation of Liability: LSEV is not liable for any injuries, property damage, or other losses arising from your use of our Services. By using our Services, you assume all risks associated with their use. LSEV’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no case shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

By using our Services, you confirm you are not on any U.S. restricted lists or in any sanctioned countries. Violation of this provision may lead to immediate termination of access.

No Waiver: Any failure by LSEV to enforce these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Use of Our Brand. You may not, without our prior written permission, use our name, logos, or other trademarks in connection with products or services other than the Services, or in any other way that implies our affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
